Machine plasters – an interesting alternative to manually applied plasters
Machine plastering
Perhaps machine plaster reminds you of another type plaster, besides cement or gypsum. However, this is not another type of this material, but the method of its application.
Why use machine plastering?
First of all, its application machine plasters were found on large surfaces, where the traditional, manual method of application would be very time-consuming. This is of colossal importance, especially in the case of large rooms, because thanks to the mechanical method, plasters are applied not only much faster, but also much more conveniently, and they allow saving not only time, but also money.

Difference – application method and cost-effectiveness
What distinguishes manual plaster from machine plaster is exclusively the method of applying it to the wall. The subsequent steps of the plastering work are very similar to each other, making the aforementioned method of application the only significant differentiator between machine and manual plasters. In the case of machine plasters This is done using special equipment / a special machine, which, as already mentioned, significantly speeds up the work of plasterers. The principle holds true that the larger the surface to be plastered, the more cost-effective it is to use the machine method. However, when plastering a small room with a small square footage, hiring a crew of plasterers equipped with a machine misses the point, as it will be much less financially advantageous than applying the plaster by hand.
What is the price of machine plaster
Depending on the quality of the material used to make machine plaster and depending on the labor cost imposed by the plasterers, the price of machine-applied plaster can vary greatly. It is usually customary to provide two types of costs – this is how qualified crews typically estimate their work – the first cost is the labor price, and the second cost is the labor price including materials. In the first case, however, it is obvious that the person hiring the plastering crew buys and delivers the materials on their own, while in the second case, the company handles the entire job, from purchasing and delivering the materials to the final application of the plaster.
