A nurse's work requires, above all, the proper level of education. But that is not all. To be able to be a nurse, whether female or male, one must demonstrate a good personality, attitude, patience, conscientiousness, and perseverance. It is a profession that requires a huge heart – this cannot be denied. Nurses care for sick people, but during this care they should ideally understand their expectations. They are not just ordinary hospital workers, but above all people who are currently with the patients and give them energy.

What are the characteristics of a nurse's work?

The nurse's job is exceedingly difficult, as it requires great endurance and resilience. They must be characterized by vitality, energy, and patience for many hours. Nursing services are, after all, performed around the clock. It is often necessary to provide assistance at night or in extreme cases. Nurses must therefore be alert. Their duties primarily include nursing care in such places as a hospital or nursing home, preparing a patient for all examinations or procedures, changing dressings, connecting IV drips, and things of that nature. Nursing services, or rather the work of a nurse, is among the most complex, yet unfortunately still little respected.
