Travel – what is worth knowing about the destination country?
Entertainment articles often portray traveling as a frivolous lifestyle that requires absolutely no preparation. In reality, however, if we are heading to lesser-frequented destinations, we need to read quite a lot about them beforehand. We need to check visa information, delve into the culinary culture, and, in the case of South Caucasus countries, find out what alphabet is used locally. A good solution is also to read articles published on travel blogs, such as alqualonde.pl, from which we will learn important interesting facts about the places we wish to visit.

Travel – what is worth knowing about a given country?
First of all, we need to find out which documents are required for entry. And here the situation is quite complicated. Many Polish citizens think that we can enter all European Union countries without a passport. This reasoning is completely wrong. We can enter with an ID card only and exclusively to countries that have signed the Schengen Agreement. In turn, many non-EU countries place a very strong emphasis on increasing their tourism traffic. That is why their governments have decided to let EU citizens in precisely with an ID card. In this way, we can enter Albania, among others. In the case of entering certain countries, we will also need a visa. Sometimes it is a symbolic document purchased at the border. Sometimes, however, to obtain this type of permit to travel around a given country, quite a bit of effort is required.

How to choose the right accommodation?
Once we know how to enter a particular country, we have to choose accommodation. And here, complications can arise again. Before booking a room, we must remember that the hotel star system looks different in almost every country. What in Poland would be a three-star or even worker-class hotel, in Turkey or Cyprus can often boast five stars. Private accommodation is a separate issue entirely. In most cases, the owners are nice and very helpful. However, they often treat the offers posted on portals quite loosely. Therefore, unannounced fees may appear upon arrival. The appearance of the room may also differ from the photos.
